Evolv is the first 2-in-1 Dog Crate and Playpen, offering a transformative experience with our Playpen Frame add-on. Easily replace your Evolv's ceiling mesh to shift from crate to an open-top, secure play area, ideal for both crate training and interactive play.
Swapping out the ceiling mesh for the open-top playpen frame took me about two minutes, and my puppy actually seems calmer without a lid over her. It's nice having one setup that works as a crate at night and a pen during the day.
I was honestly skeptical about swapping out the ceiling mesh for this frame, but the whole process took me under five minutes with zero fuss. My dog now has a secure open-top playpen during the day, and the dual-purpose design has completely changed how we use the space.
The frame clicks in so easily that I had it set up in under two minutes, and my dog finally has room to stretch without feeling penned in. It’s sturdy enough that even my enthusiastic corgi can’t tip it over, which was my main worry before buying.
